Lago arrived back in the States on Saturday, but he didn't seem too torn up by the controversy.  He wrote a post on Twitter saying, quote, "Keeping my medal in a safe spot for now haha."  (TMZ and The Washington Post)

After hearing this story I thought of Kissing and (well after the pictures many other things but mostly) metal and what song could tie this together and the Gods of Youtube pointed me to this gem....

In their never-ending quest to provide you with hard-hitting journalism, "Cosmopolitan" magazine just put out a list of Things Men Think Are Overrated.  Some of them might surprise you.  Here they are . . .
 
#1.)  THE SMELL OF PERFUME.  It's okay, but "Cosmo" says guys prefer the smell of a woman's HAIR.

#2.)  A GIRL WHO WATCHES FOOTBALL.  If a woman truly likes football, that's great.  But if she's just watching it because she thinks a guy wants her to, it's a waste of time.  Guys appreciate the effort . . . but they're fine watching it alone.

#3.)  PICNICS.  Eating outside is great, but men prefer cookouts.  If you give a guy the choice between eating a sandwich out of a wicker basket, or a hamburger off a flaming grill, he'll almost ALWAYS choose the grill.

#4.)  BED AND BREAKFASTS.  Men prefer ANY other form of lodging.  At a bed and breakfast, the rooms are "cute" . . . which means they're LAME . . . breakfast is served WAY too early, and all the other guests are old.

#5.)  DOUBLE DATES.  They're usually a little awkward.  WOMEN are the ones who set them up, so they've at least got one friend there to talk to.  But the two guys are complete strangers.  And not all men can bond instantly.

#6.)  MAKE-UP SEX.  Guys think it's overrated because they hate fighting almost as much as they love sex, so there's really not much of a net gain with make-up sex.  And guys like regular sex just as much.

The Top five things a girl can do to show a guy she cares.....

#1.)  Touch his arm:  Actually, touch him ANYWHERE.  Guys love that.
#2.)  Send him a random text in the middle of the day:  Let's face it . . . most guys hate their job.  But a random, flirty text message in the middle of the day just might give your guy the motivation he needs . . . to make it until five o'clock.
#3.)  Ask him questions about stuff he's an expert on:  Guys love to show off.  If you give your guy the chance to show just how cool and knowledgeable he is . . . he'll love you forever.
#4.)  Give him an extremely specific compliment:  It's nice to hear that you're funny or smart . . . but those are pretty general compliments.  And if it's true . . . he probably already knows it.
--But if you really want to impress your guy, give him a small, specific compliment . . . like how manly his arms are, or how much you like the sound of his laugh.
#5.)  Show him the journal entry you wrote about him after your first date:  You know, assuming you have one . . . and that the review is positive.  But even if you don't have one . . . or it's not particularly glowing . . . you can write a new one now.  Trust me, he'll never know you cheated.  (Yahoo Personals)
