From an early age we were all thought never take criticism or credit too serious because things change so often. Wait maybe that was just some lyrics from a Jimmy Eat World song I heard on the way into work... either way. Earthfest is just 2 days away and the bloggers are eyeing this event for there daily topics. Most are positive and some are saying things that are rather lame of them. One stood out that had one of my co-works to react in a way had me almost spit out my water.
The question is should you read the press or not? When I say press it can mean anything to you maybe the newspapers talk about you (I know you're reading Obama), or maybe its your monthly reports at work,  you get my drift. I am not trying to say I am Terry Francona after playing Ortiz after ANOTHER 0 for 100 night, but still there are things out there if you simple goggle search Radio 929 Earthfest.

I guess in the end I am just as critical about things as other and I am just another “bleepy bleep” Blogger.

Jack Bauer and crew did it again: Left you with that bitter taste in your mouth with a lackluster Season Finale. Now this Season of 24 was miles above the romance actionless season we still can’t get over. This season of 24 had some great twist (Tony Almeda- being a bad guy, then a good guy, but than confirming he was a bad guy all along) great action (shoot outs every week it seemed) and then there was great Jack Bauer lines (Damn it! … ok not new but still great) yet the season ended with the line “I’m not ready to let you go Daddy”. That line was from broken and burned (literally) Kim Bauer to her to-die father lying on a hospital bed. Now that is a good ending line for the season actually, the problem lied in how there was no twists, action, or great Jack Bauer lines for the finale hour of the show What is this Grey’s Anatomy? (Sadly that even had a great twist in its cliffhanger). To sum it all up 24 left me thinking to myself “Damn It!!!”

The Top five things a girl can do to show a guy she cares.....

#1.)  Touch his arm:  Actually, touch him ANYWHERE.  Guys love that.
#2.)  Send him a random text in the middle of the day:  Let's face it . . . most guys hate their job.  But a random, flirty text message in the middle of the day just might give your guy the motivation he needs . . . to make it until five o'clock.
#3.)  Ask him questions about stuff he's an expert on:  Guys love to show off.  If you give your guy the chance to show just how cool and knowledgeable he is . . . he'll love you forever.
#4.)  Give him an extremely specific compliment:  It's nice to hear that you're funny or smart . . . but those are pretty general compliments.  And if it's true . . . he probably already knows it.
--But if you really want to impress your guy, give him a small, specific compliment . . . like how manly his arms are, or how much you like the sound of his laugh.
#5.)  Show him the journal entry you wrote about him after your first date:  You know, assuming you have one . . . and that the review is positive.  But even if you don't have one . . . or it's not particularly glowing . . . you can write a new one now.  Trust me, he'll never know you cheated.  (Yahoo Personals)
